Our Experience of Adept:

Our decision to purchase a de-min plant for our anodising facility from adept was taken after considering many factors including references and past experience. Although I had not had previous dealings with Adept they visited our site, invited us to visit theirs and provided excellent references.

The product seemed to be of excellent quality and easy to use. We were assured that we would receive immediate help and support should, in the unlikely event, any problems arise. Also any training required with help on a telephone always available. Bep’s technical knowledge, understanding of our requirements, good advice and planning for an installation gave us a great deal of confidence.     

I cannot comment on the above promises because three months later the plant has not missed a beat. What manual operations have to be done are simple and quick to perform. The unit produces very good quality water with predictable volumes day after day. Previously it could be a struggle to keep acceptable quality water in all our rinse tanks. Since installing the plant control of our process line water quality is very easy and quality remains stable throughout process periods.

Overall our experience has only positives and I would definitely recommend Adept to anyone considering the purchase of a water purifier.
