Commercial Water Softeners
• Limescale is a persistent problem in Boilers, Humidifiers, Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Reverse Osmosis systems, Thermostats and many more items.
• Limescale reduces the efficiency of Cleaning chemicals, affects the heating of water and slows the operation of equipment such as RO plants.
ADEPT Pure Water Limited supply numerous types of commercial water softeners in either "Simplex", "Duplex", or "Triplex" with a flow rate range between .3 m³/Hr and 5 m³/Hr (For Higher flows up to 45 m³/Hr see Industrial Water Softeners). We can design and build systems using any of the following valves "Siata", "Fleck", "Osmonic" or Individual Valved manifolds (Normally Gemu 690 ABS N/C Valves) for that special project.
We will design a control system around your particular needs using PLC's and control devices that suit your site standards, all our units can be linked by modem or other means to us so we can monitor the system operation at our base and advise you accordingly.
Technical specifications of our most popular commercial water softeners can be found by downloading our brochures below. However, if you would like further information on any of our products, would like a quote or have a particular requirement that you would like to discuss further then please contact our sales team on +44 01933 677181 or contact us online.
Commercial water softeners are used to remove the hardness from the water. The hardness of water is determined by the amount of Calcium and Magnesium dissolved in water. The more Calcium and magnesium the water contains the harder it is. The total water hardness is divided into temporary hardness and permanent hardness.
Particularly the temporary hardness causes problems and leads to scale formation, mainly as a result of water temperature changes or pressure differences in the pipe and fittings.
The limescale that is released in the form of small crystals causes many problems.
