Well I suppose it’s better late than never but a belated Happy New Year to all our Clients, prospective Clients and Suppliers!
We are pleased to say that our plans for the forthcoming Facilities Show at the NEC in May are coming together and with an anticipated visitor attendance of almost 18,000 people over 3 days we need to be ready! The Facilities Show is also co-located with the Health and Safety Expo and IFSEC International (specialising in Security Solutions), so why not make a day of it and come and visit us on Stand R21 while you are there. We have launched our new ECO RO System which is a small low-flow unit aimed at the low user and is designed to use up to 400 Ltrs/Hr or <10 m3 Day. The system can either be skid or wall mounted and comes complete with Softener, Pre-Filter, High Pressure Pump, Membranes and control panel. Installation labour costs may also be reduced as we are pleased to say that the best time we have installed one in is “just 4.5 Hours”, that’s an up and running water purification system in half a day!
The ECO RO System boasts a number of options including:
• Flow Rate options from 100 to 400 Ltrs/Hr
• Duplex or Simplex Softeners
• Choice of Feed Water, Permeate or Polished Water Quality Meter Ranges and Makes
• Choice of Flow Meters
• Choice of System Type either Wall Mounted or Skid Mounted
• Flexibility of Water Quality allowing one of our I-on-x Exchange Cylinders to be installed to produce > 10 MΩ water quality
• Control Panel with Message Display and 24 VDC Control Circuits
• Optional Automatic Clean of RO Membranes with Permeate Auto Rinse
• Concentrate Diversion and Recycle options
We are presently looking into Recovering the Concentrate on our Standard RO systems to make them run more efficiently. We will soon be launching a Range of RO Units (and a Retro Fit Kit for our RO Units) to make our RO Units operate in the 90-95% Recovery range. This will make it equal to a Standard Quality DI System in Waste Water. (Please contact our sales office for details)
The response to our Regeneration Station question says “Build One” so we will be looking into this in the near future. It will also make a good project for our Engineers if we get a little quieter over the coming months.
We’ve had some response to our proposed “Technical Sales Representative” vacancy but we need someone with experience and knowledge of Water Purification so they can start selling our products and Services within a few months of starting. As Darren, John and Stuart are all settled in now our next aim is to appoint another Service Engineer, possibly located in the Coventry/Birmingham area in a bid reduce travelling times and our carbon footprint. Those with Service Engineer experience on Pure Water Systems should also send their CV to us in the strictest of confidence.
Donna is in the process of revamping our Health and Safety systems to conform to the strictest requirements and will be looking into further training for our engineers to keep them sharp on Health and Safety requirements and issues.
The “Ford Sport Transit” is still with us and it looks like we did the right thing in keeping it while we got used to the new Sprinter; I must admit the Van is excellent but the Mercedes Service we have experienced leaves a lot to be desired……………………!
So we will be replacing the “Ford Sport Transit” with another as the Engineers love it when they need to take more kit out and at > 100,000 miles it’s never missed a beat - I recommend it!
