Adept Pure Water Ltd was formed nearly 10 years ago to provide Service and Fault Finding support on different makes of Water Purification Equipment, and we pride ourselves on Customer Support and Product knowledge who ever manufactured the Water Purification System.

Over the years we have been asked to supply and build equipment such as our Water Softeners, I-on-x Exchange Cylinders, Budget Di-on-x Semi Automatic, & Fully Automatic Multi Valve De-ionisers, Reverse Osmosis units, Ring Main Installations, System Designs and Refits. This has enabled us to develop and maintain a Strong Service Department which prides itself in doing its job right the first time and develop equipment which the client can use easily.

Not only can we provide Service and Support for our own supplied Water Purification Equipment offering Spares and Assistance as our clients require, but our highly skilled engineers can Service and Repair most other makes of Water Purification Systems as well.

We do not want to offer numerous Contract types with ten different response options after asking our Clients what they want, we have found that if their system is not working, they either want someone the same day or the next day to repair it, so our Service Contracts are based on that basic philosophy, “Give our Clients what they want a Simple Service Contract Arrangement which the Client Controls and Benefits from”.

The Two Options are the “Standard Service Contract” or the “Respond Service Contract”. Both of these can be tailored to suit your requirements, and you as the client, basically request such things as the Response Time, and if it includes the Consumables or not it is then up to us to respond and deliver the request.

• In house trained Highly Skilled Engineers who attend your site to Service and Repair your Water Purification System

• Free Assistance on Operator System Training

• Free Assistance in System Monitoring such as Sample Taking Techniques and Recording Information

• Free Delivery on all small items and consumables (Excludes I-on-x Exchange Cylinders unless delivered at the time of engineers visit)

New from 1st July 2011 we have introduced a new policy “If a Client purchases a new Water Purification System and orders a Minimum 2 Day Service Contract at the same time the First Service Visit (Excludes Consumables) is FREE OF CHARGE which effectively extends the Service Contract Agreement to 18 Months for the price of 12 Months
