After sales service contracts

ADEPT Pure Water Techniques provide extensive after sales support for its products and other manufacturers equipment. This ensures our clients continue to get the best value from their water purification products. We provide two main service packages:

Service Contracts - Standard

Regular site visits to replace normal service items, calibrate and test your system
Qualified engineers on call to respond in emergencies as soon as possible

Service Contracts - Response

Same as above PLUS

For clients with time critical processes we operate a same day within 12hr response service

Note:

Our engineer will not be expected to work on your premises without a company representative of yours being on site, otherwise a standard contract will normally ensure next day response.

It is our policy to ensure that our suppliers, and we as a company, carry sufficient stocks of parts to enable us to offer a next day delivery-breakdown service to you.
