ADEPT Pure Water Techniques produce Reverse Osmosis units manufactured to the clients own requirements we produce our own systems manufactured at our Wellingborough Factory..
We will manufacture systems from 1 Ltr/Hr up to 30 M3/Hr
All our systems come complete with CIP (Clean In Place) tanks and Pumps as required this operation is normally fully Automatic so all that is required of the operator when a system clean is required is a Key Switch turn and adding of the membrane cleaner.
A typical unit comes complete with the following
Control Panel in either single or three phase power supplies Combined CIP and Feed Water Tank Level Controls Stainless Steel High Pressure Pump Mounting Skid to make the Reverse Osmosis fast and simple to install Inlet, Outlet Quality and temperature displays System operation displays Concentrate and Permeate 3 Way Valves to control clean and service flow directions Concentrate and Permeate Flow Meters Stainless Steel Flow Adjustment valves Thin Film Reverse Osmosis Membrane Technology (We offer High Reject and High Flow options)
